Rates are quoted per room, per night and are subject to change without notice.
Local taxes to be paid on site according to local rate

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for most reservations. However, some restrictions may apply depending on the rate you choose:

Single room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
Entire villa reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged
Retreat Packages: Certain special offers or packages may have different cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to the specific details of your chosen rate at the time of booking.
In the case of an early departure, the full reserved stay will be charged.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all guests hold comprehensive travel insurance (or coverage through their personal insurance/credit card) that covers cancellation due to unforeseen illness or emergencies, as deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be received in writing (email or fax) by the deadline outlined in your chosen cancellation policy (Section 2).
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some special offers or retreat packages may be non-refundable. These rates cannot be cancelled or modified, and the full stay will be charged in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

Please Note:

All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations in the event of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
